Absolutely beautiful penthouse condo on the nightly rental market by owner. This is an exceptional unit with a beautiful view of Holiday Hills Golf Course. We are on the second floor and there is not an elevator but only 9 steps to a landing then another 9 steps to our floor. This unit has vaulted ceilings throughout and is comfortably furnished. The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, comfortable overstuffed chair and a recliner. There is a private exit to the balcony from the master. The en suite bath features a large vanity with double sinks as well as an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom is just as nice, also furnished with a king size bed and private bath. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen Smart televisions. The Master has a Roku (as well as cable) making using your Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts available. (Be sure to bring your passwords for those accounts if you plan to rent movies.)
The living area is furnished with a new sleeper sofa, providing space for 2 to sleep. There is also a new leather recliner and coordinated print chair. The dining area and kitchen are open to the living room, meaning the cook never feels left out. The kitchen is furnished with quality cookware and tableware so all the necessities are there to prepare breakfast, snacks or dinner. Of course there's a coffee pot and a Kuerig (you bring your favorite K cups) as well. We also have a toaster and a waffle maker.
The view from the living area and the master is the golf course, it's entertaining to watch the golfers as well as the ducks that frequent the pond.
As you can see from the pictures this is an outstanding unit, beautifully and comfortably furnished. It's a great place to make memories with family and friends.
