Main floor with Large open kitchen that flows into open dinning room. Off the open dinning room is a large 20 foot cathedral ceiling living room. Also on first floor is 1 large master with attached bathroom, Two mud rooms with washer and drier and 1/2 bath. 2nd floor with two large matching bedrooms that can sleep up to 4 each attached by on open landing leding into one large bathroom with soaking tub. Basement has one large inlaw suite with 2nd enctrance from outside can sleep up to 4 people. Large workout room with mounted TV downstairs. One large walk in bathroom with soaking tub also located downstairs just off bedroom and workout room. Large open theater room with large 65 inch flat screen TV with surround sound to vibrate the inner ear. attached off the theater room is a landing with stairs that exit into the large 2 care garage. This house is perfect for large parties looking to get away and lose themselves in all the beauty that Downeast has to offer. Walking distance to the Downeast trail system. 10 minute drive to 2 large cold lakes, and 15 minute drive to Bold Coast trail system and open ocean.
