The property has 3 levels connected by stairs. The first level is the main entrance of the home. The main access is from the rear of the property, next to the garage. This level also has 1 bedroom connected to a full size bathroom.
The second level is the common area of the home with an open and spacious living room, kitchen, dining, workspace area and laundry. This area gets a lot of natural light all day long as it has big windows on the east and west side of the floor. The kitchen and dining area has a large deck that looks out over the subdivision. The living room area also has a balcony that looks over a large park.
The third level has the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, along with 2 cozy bedrooms and another full bathroom. One of the rooms also has a balcony looking over the Park.
