Stepping outside the 2-story living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, ocean views can be seen from every angle of the newly finished infinity pool surrounded by a charming limestone patio with a rancho adding plenty enough room for entertaining friends and family.
Professionally decorated Villa Los Sueños is one of the favorite properties in the area, not only due to the spectacular views but because it is also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and one of the most beautiful beaches of Costa Rica: Flamingo. Situated on a private gated hill amongst only 5 other homes, offers you extra privacy, with the benefit to be close enough to everything, yet far away from the hustle and bustle.
The house is modern, sophisticated, and beautifully furnished with everything needed for your convenience. It is fully A/C and has ceiling fans for extra freshness. The high ceiling and the palapa-like roof give you a resort-like feeling. The large kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, utensils, and cookware, you can have a snack on the stools or enjoy your dinner at the dining table for 8. There is plenty of spots to rest, have you checked the half-moon seating area? not to mention the huge sofas that are awaiting you to enjoy the unbeatable views or take a nap. There is a half bathroom on the first floor.
This vacation rental features 3 bedrooms, all of them with top-of-the-line mattresses and lines. The main bedroom with king bed and the rest Queen beds each, there is a large closet in each bedroom. The master bedroom is huge and offers you great views so you can enjoy the sunrise from your bed, it has a very spacious bathroom with double vanity. The other two bedrooms have their own bathroom and have also spacious closets, all of the with great views and lots of natural light.
The large deck and pool area will be one of the most visited spots of the house, it is the perfect place to enjoy the ocean breeze with having cocktails in the afternoon or a game night. Feel immersed between the blue of that ocean and the sky at the infinity pool.
There is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, and also cable and high-speed internet.
