Please come and wrap yourself in the warmth of this new breathtaking Mexican villa. The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxury home has no detail left untouched. Whether you are lounging in the salt water dipping pool watching butterflies play in the lush garden foliage, sipping your coffee on the terrace checking out the morning surf break or enjoying that fresh margarita while BBQing your fresh caught fish in the back garden; you will be assured to enjoy your stay.
This uniquely styled home has all the comforts of home including a fully stocked kitchen to whip up a simple meal or a detailed feast. Enjoy the beautiful handcrafted artwork and stonework throughout the house. Available for your pleasure are a wide range of books, movies, boards games, TV, and bluetooth stereo. Beautifully handcrafted steelwork has been carefully placed to ensure security and a lock box is provided for your use.
You will be lulled to sleep in either king size bed by the distant crashing waves on the beach below. Rest easy in the comfortable beds and high quality linens provided in each air conditioned bedroom. Each bedroom has its own private attached bathroom with wonderful walk in showers. After a long day at the beach enjoy a relaxing shower and wrap yourself in the cozy towels provided.
Your siesta time, or morning whale watching can be done from the upstairs lounging bench. If you must check in with the real world, it is only a few seconds away on the wireless internet available. Maid service is provided Monday thru Saturday, excluding major holidays. Special requests and arrangements can be made for a personal cook to prepare tasty local dishes for you and your guests or grocery shop for you prior to your arrival for a small fee.
Take a short 3 -5 minute walk down the hill to the beach below. 10 -15 minute walk south will take you into the bustling downtown area of Sayulita. There are numerous restaurants and stores for shopping. If you are feeling adventurous you can take a short bus ride or drive to the 4 Seasons/ St Regis in Punta Mita. There you can play a few rounds of golf or explore the area beaches. Travel north 15 minutes and find yourself on the streets of San Pancho where you can take in a polo match or wander the streets for more shopping. If you are a hiker, then pack up your picnic, grab the umbrellas and beach towels and head on a low tide hike through the jungle.
