Enjoy refreshments and cool ocean breezes from your rocking chair porch with relaxing table and chairs. The home accommodates 6 with a spacious master bedroom and lovely queen brass bed, second bedroom with comfortable bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room with 45” TV, DVD player (with DVD selection) and Alexa/Echo dot with streaming Amazon Music unlimited. The main living area has an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, dining area with seating for six plus seating for three at the movable kitchen island. There is one full and one half bath with a full size washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor hot/cold shower (available May 1 - October 1) and Weber BBQ grill that is shared with the upper level home on the property.
During Summer of 2024, you’ll enjoy Atlantic ocean swimming, the soft sandy beach and walking along the boardwalk to all shops, games, and treats like ice cream, water ice, pizza, sausage sandwiches, cheese steaks, candy apples, salt water taffy and more. The attractions of Casino Pier, Breakwater Beach Waterpark, and mini golf are a short walk away or jump on the Sky Ride and glide along the air to the center of everything (when available). The Barnegat Bay is just a few blocks away, where you will find fishing, crabbing, boat and jet ski rentals and beautiful sunsets. Island Beach State Park is just a few miles away where you will find the island in its natural state. There are great restaurants and nightlife nearby.
