3 Bedroom Condo in Windy Hill, North Myrtle Beach
Like many of the condo complexes in North Myrtle Beach, Crescent Sands was built in the 1980’s. Located mid building and on the 2nd story, unit E1 is Oceanfront and just steps from the beach—there is no road to cross.
You can relax on the balcony in this comfortable, two bedroom, two bathroom condo. Take a break from the beach with a dip in the OUTDOOR OCEANFRONT POOL. In addition, the building has an elevator just 30 feet from our front door helping to limit your luggage burden.
We own 2 units in this building, but, E1 is where we always stay. You still have the ocean view and there is no need to wait for the elevator when you are just 1 floor from the beach.
The condo has a king-sized master bedroom with its own balcony access and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom provides two twin beds and its own bathroom with a stand-in shower.
This unit offers a furnished kitchen, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Fine dining, shopping, and entertainment are only a short walk away.
We strive to make our condo budget friendly with a family feel and we are updating every year. So far, the unit has new floors in both bedrooms and the living room. All the walls have a fresh coat of paint and every balcony door has been replaced. Both the master and guest bathrooms have been remodeled. We have refurbished the kitchen cabinets and replaced the counter tops with granite. Every kitchen appliance has been updated and is now stainless steel.
In short, our goal is to provide a comfortable, oceanfront stay at a reasonable price.
