3 Bedroom House in Rocky Top, Andersonville

The ONLY floating home on Norris lake that is attached to a pier accessible to land, so you won't have to use a boat for access to the house. Our house is a Pottery barn, beach house themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located directly at the Norris Dam marina. Only 2.5 miles from I-75. Very few twisty, turning roads to drive on for 30 plus minutes. Jet ski, speed boat or pontoon rentals are available at the marina, just steps away. They also have kayaks, paddle boards, canoes to rent and explore all that Norris lake has to offer. Hiking is right outside your front door at the Dam state park. This is one of the best locations on Norris, close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Plenty of Lake rafts are also provided for lounging in front of our house. Two with drink holders! Ideally our house sleeps 6 adults comfortably and two to four children. There are (2) sets of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms however we don’t recommend adults sleeping on the top bunks. The bottom bunks will have enough support for adults. **PLEASE NOTE, OUR STAND UP PADDLE BOARD IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL. Please rent these at the marina. -Thank you! **At this time wifi is not available at the marina. Cell service is very good and we use it as a "hot spot". Thank you! -Bill
