Welcome to this beautifully renovated bayfront townhome with a private boat slip, located in the highly desirable community of The Sanctuary at Heron Harbour Isle. Sanctuary is exactly that - a peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, grocery store, great restaurants, ice cream and all that Ocean City has to offer. Unwind with stunning sunset views from your private deck, bike the quiet surrounding streets, stroll the waterfront walking piers, enjoy three community swimming pools (lap, recreation and kiddie) and use of neighborhood tennis courts.
Step inside to a bright, open layout with fresh coastal décor and comfy seating—ideal for relaxing and watching your favorite movies with friends and family. The renovated kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including pots, pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. Essentials such as trash bags, hand soap, and dishwashing supplies are also provided. Gather around the large dining table with water views or grab a bite at the spacious kitchen island. A full-sized washer and dryer are located on the first floor, along with a convenient half bath.
