The house boasts approximately 370 square meters of living space, featuring expansive entertainment areas both indoors and outdoors. The panoramic views of the Apennines are truly breathtaking. The interior is adorned with high-end furnishings, exuding elegance.

There are five bedrooms, four of which are equipped with double beds, while one includes bunk beds and an additional single bed, ideal for children or adults. Each bedroom boasts its own balcony or terrace, except for the one on the lower floor.
The kitchen is exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. The dining table measures an impressive 3 meters in length, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Moreover, as you prepare meals, you can revel in the splendid views through a magnificent 3m x 2.5m picture window.
There is also a local pool with slides, tennis courts, volleyball and bar and nearby padel tenis courts.

La Diga ( The Dam) is a popular place on the river with a waterfall in out of season months and a perfect bathing area in the clean and cold waters of the Taro river. The crysatalline waters form a natural basin approximately 50m wide. Can get busy for parking. (Not particularly recommended for children due to access and sometimes current)
Il Groppo historic beach with natural pool, between Bedonia and Tornolo (approx 25 mins drive) the waterfalls of the copper mines- in Santa Maria del Taro, Natural pool with deep clean water for swimming and large area to sunbathe and relax surrounded by green wooded area. Perfect for picnics. It has a dedicated BBQ area and a small Kiosk in the summer months.
