This brand new cottage sits on a level beachfront lot with 180 degree views of Seneca Lake. Enjoy 150 feet of private shore and use of dock. This location is unique in that it has no cliffs between the cottage and the lake. It sits immediately adjacent to the water. Cottage has tongue and groove pine interior walls and ceiling throughout, which provide a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, and laundry are all on one floor. Heating and air conditioning are included in each bedroom and the large open kitchen/dining/living room area. A twenty foot long covered porch faces the water and provides a serene spot to relax and enjoy the lake vibe even if the weather is less than perfect. A laundry with new washer and dryer is included for convenience. The pictures of the cottage exterior and interior are representative only. Those photos are taken from model homes of the same type. The lake shore photos are the actual location. The cottage will be available for rent June 1, 2019.
