Plenty of natural light due to oversized windows and high 9-1/2 foot ceilings. 2 Generous sized bedrooms with a huge kitchen area for your family gatherings. This cottage overlooks a big pocket park with a beautiful fire pit area for nightly gatherings amongst friends and family. The master bedroom has a King sized bed with a pillow top mattress, 28 inch flat screened tv wall mounted with plenty of satellite channels . En suite bathroom in the master bedroom for your convenience as well. This Cottage has beautiful upgraded flooring for your comfort. 2nd Bedroom offers Full double over Full double bunk beds to sleep 4 very comfortably. There’s also a sofa bed in the living room . The premium screened-in porch overlooking the pocket park provides a large seating area with table and wicker couches to comfortably relax in the fresh air, without the bugs! This is the perfect place for your family to relax have a glass of wine from one of many wineries in the Prince Edward county region. The cottage is just a short 2 minute walk from all of our great amenities, like our outdoor heated family pool, tennis, basketball and bocce ball courts.
