You will enter a bright living room equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, two armchairs, flat screen TV, free and unlimited wifi. Next to it is a large dining table.
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped with its filter coffee maker. The worktop extends into a high table/bar. You will have at your disposal a kitchen kit for the 1st night only (1 garbage bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil..) which will not be provided.
You will find on the ground floor a small bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom. Upstairs, 1 other bedroom with a queen size bed, and two others with 2 single beds each. We provide towels, sheets, and the house is cleaned and prepared before your arrival.
The floor has a shared bathroom. You will also have a bathroom kit for the 1st night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
You have access to the garden area of around 300m², its terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.

Arrive is when you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure).
