4bed/3bath Fully Remodeled Nautical Waterfront Home with 25' of Channel waterfront pouring into the famous Mineola Bay in Fox Lake. Located in the heart of Fox Lake and right on the Chain O Lakes. You will be in walking distance of all amenities of the village. The home comes with a bonus apartment above the garage with an amazing bar, family room, extra bedroom and bathroom. Large deck with grill gazebo, wicker double swing, 7-person luxury hot tub, gas and wood fire pits for the full lake house effect. Each room is Nautical themed for a perfect little get-a-way.
In the warmer months, enjoy some fishing right from our pier and/or rent some wave runners down the road and park them at the pier for some jet fun. JET FUN also rents many different boats. Even have a beach day with access to a private beach down the road at our other rental.
Need a boat ramp and slip for your stay? No problem, we have reserved an extra slip and ramp across the street for our guests compliments of East 92 Bar and Grill. We would not recommend any boats above 25'-26'. (Note - Its a narrow boat ramp, good enough for experienced boaters, but risky for inexperienced dockers.) There is a $25 Ramp and slip access fee for your entire stay.
To drop your watercraft, you can use the Chain O Lakes State Park ramp, or use local marina ramps for a small fee.
In the colder months, cozy up by the fireplace, gather around the firepits, enjoy some entertainment inside at the bar, or warm up in the hot tub. (Winter Alert - Outdoor amenities will be limited in the winter obviously. All of the lawn furniture will have seasonal covers on them, the grill will be covered, the swing will be covered, and the hot tub will not be accessible if temps are sub zero. )
The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The Bonus apartment is connected by the large deck connecting to the house. The apartment has the 4th bedroom and the 3rd full bathroom.
Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable trip is at the home, and all the local bars, stores, and amenities are within short walking distance.
