This stunning 3-bedroom 2-bathroom modern bush cottage ticks all the right boxes for a quiet beach/bush getaway. Located a 600-metre walk from the picture-perfect Rosedale Beach.
You’ll be amazed as soon as you step into this home. You'll hear many Australian birds that call Rosedale their home. Bring along some bird food and try your luck!
This property is well stocked with everything you need. From ceiling fans, a fireplace to stay warm in winter, an outdoor deck where you can soak up the sun or watch the sunset whilst listening to the sound of nature, Unlimited Wi-Fi, and All linen provided for you, – just need your beach towels and a beautifully designed outdoor shower for you to use after you relax in the surf and sun on Rosedale Beach. Your fur baby is also more than welcome to join you – please note there is no fencing at this property so you will need to watch them at all times.
The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and basin. The toilet is separate. The laundry has both a washing machine and a dryer for you to use.

Summary: The house has a nice outlook and structure. However, the listing did not match the reality. Eg, we were expecting a double bed with bunk in one room, but found 4 single beds with an extra mattress. The extra mattress and one bed smelt very doggy and the room was poorly ventilated making it uncomfortable. Also the house has a lot of stuff in it, like tables and cupboards making it feel quite small. One of the bench seats on the deck was broken which meant we could not all sit together on the deck. A lot of the kitchen items needed washing before use. The kitchen is well stocked. Despite the agent telling me to take linen and towels, these ewere provided, which was lucky as we did not take the right size sheets due to misinforation inthe ad.
