This beautiful mountain top retreat with AMAZING panoramic views is close to both Yosemite and the charming town of Mariposa. The open-concept kitchen offers great opportunities for entertaining. The wood stove sets off the open floor plan in the living room with beautiful wood floors, and floor to ceiling glass doors that open up to a magnificent deck with views for days. The lush landscape provides a tranquil setting, with plenty of space to wander and unlimited privacy.
The Living Room opens up to a huge deck with stunning panoramic views. Yoga Mats are available :) Soak in the Large Hot Tub while staring at the starry sky, or shoot some pool with your friends and family on the regulation sized Pool Table. There is also an extra side room for additional sleeping.
This home is much closer to Yosemite than most listings in the area - only a 30 minute drive. Please note the paved driveway is somewhat steep, and chains and/or 4x4 may be necessary is there is snow on the ground.
Dogs are welcome with prior approval. We are happy to provide pet friendly accommodations and allow house-trained dogs. Please be mindful when leaving your dog alone in the house for an extended period of time to avoid accidents. Please clean up all dog waste in the yard. We do not supply poop bags, so please have your own supply. We charge a small one time fee of $45 ($15 for each additional, max 3) to accommodate additional cleaning necessary, and reserve the right to charge for any damage caused your pets.
