The home is less than a 10-minute drive from world-class skiing/snowboarding at Winter Park / Mary Jane ski resort. For an alternative to skiing, there are snowshoeing trails right outside the door and tubing hills less than 3 miles away. In the summertime, enjoy the nearby stocked fishing pond, hiking/biking trails right in the backyard and the many activities offered at Winter Park Ski Resort (including mountain biking and an alpine slide), as well as the abundance of trails, golf courses and water activities throughout the Fraser Valley.
