Our aim is for you to unwind, enjoy culinary adventures, rejuvenate, and cherish moments with your loved ones, forging lifelong memories that will beckon you to return. Unwind and find serenity in this fashionable haven, conveniently located within a 6 minute walk the Sportsmen’s Lodge and a short drive to Ventura Blvd, Hollywood, and Universal Studios.
2 bedrooms 2.5 bath large living room, divided for 2 areas- one with a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep one person, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, open to dining area. Laundry space, cute fun outdoor to relax and enjoy by the pool.

Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone! Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500.

Photography/shootings / small events **Do not host parties or gatherings, please discuss with us in advance if you have extra guests coming and get approved. The number of guests you mentioned in your booking will be considered as the guest allowed to stay. written request beforehand - specifying the terms and Deposit amount. Please contact us directly
-Pool /Jacuzzi can be heated for additional pay of $150 for the Pool and $75 or the spa, please mention it and let us know in advance if you wish to have the pool heated, we wanna be sure it's not under maintenance that time.
-Quiet hours
We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am noise should be kept to a minimum.
Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation.
-Damages
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Please mention if you arrive with Pet.
Pets must be groomed and well-trained. They are not allowed on the sofas (indoors/out) or in beds at any time!!
Pets should not be left alone in the property or outdoors while you are not there. Please make sure to clean up your pet before you leave.
Please do not forget to return the garage clicker before you leave.
**Please note that there is a pet fee of $150. When booking we will request a $500 deposit and deduct the pet fee when returning the deposit. Failure to notify us of a pet will result in a $300 pet fee.
