Modern building only 6 stories high in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood in a very quiet street. Walking distance to España Park, Mexico Park, restaurants, bars , supermarkets , Subway (Metro station) and Metrobus.
If you do not mind walking you can go to Chapultepec park and Anthropology museum.
The building has a roof garden with a lap swimming pool and nice terrace with incredible views of part of the skyline of Mexico City.
The Condesa neighborhood is very chic and safe. The best bars and restaurants are located in this neighborhood with many artists, writers, musicians and entrepreneurs that also live here. The very best neighborhood to stay if you want to be near the museums, downtown Mexico City but away from noise and tourists.
