There is plenty of gathering space with two living rooms, a lovely blue formal dining room for 6, a breakfast nook for 4 plus kitchen bar seating for 2, open concept kitchen and living room with large screen smart TV with Fire sticks (bring your own streaming services).
There's an incredible backyard with a saltwater pool, beautiful mature trees, hammock chairs, professionally landscaped yard, patio with fire pit, a covered screened in porch with deep seating patio furniture that flows out to the deck with a covered patio with outdoor dining overlooking the pool with safety gate, and plenty of yard space to enjoy! Grill out while hanging out in this stunning backyard and let the kids jump and swing and play at your own risk!
You will have this entire elegant home to yourself. This home has been newly renovated with brand new wide plank blonde hardwood floors, updated lighting, and is painted a fresh soft white inside and out.
There is a primary queen suite on the main floor with full hall bath complete with tub/shower combo accessible from both the privacy of your room and hallway.
The upstairs is accessible from two staircases in the front and rear of the home. Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms including a master bedroom with King bed, walk in closet, large TV with fire stick, and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, stand up tile shower, double sinks with butcher block counters, and separate water closet.
Upstairs you will also find 3 additional bedrooms offering a full size bedroom with desk/work area, a crib room perfect for little ones with a twin bed and a another twin bed (slightly smaller than a twin) featuring room darkening shades. There's also a large bonus room with TV and fire stick, rocking chair, and the 2nd upstairs King bedroom with bunk bed. A luxury queen blow up air mattress is available upon request. There is a shared hall bathroom with double sinks.
In the kitchen you will find updated stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and everything you need if you decide to dine in, including two drip coffee makers and complementary coffee and tea. The laundry room with washer/dryer is located on the main floor. A starter kit of supplies is included with your stay to include laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and dish soap. We also provide hotel style mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap for each bathroom.
We also offer plenty of items for kids from the swing in the front yard tree, a high chair, a regular size crib, an Uppa Baby stroller, ride-on toys, balls, games, toys, and more!

This home is convenient to downtown Columbia, the University of South Carolina Medical School and the VA. I-77 and the USC stadium. There are plenty of restaurants nearby on Garner's Ferry Road, including Hickory Tavern, also Panera Bread, Chipotle, Jimmy John's and a Starbucks coffee. There is also a Target, World Market, and Bed Bath and Beyond.
Please do not inquire about animals as we do not accept pets of ANY kind and there are absolutely NO parties allowed. We will cancel your reservation immediately if you disturb the peace of the neighbors. In general, NO events allowed. Please inquire about bridal or baby showers, as we consider these types of day time "events" on a case by case basis. Only those quoted on the accepted stay invoice are allowed to enter the home unless otherwise agreed upon. This home is under exterior surveillance. If any house rules are broken, we will terminate your stay and you will need to vacate the premises immediately. You must have permission for any additional guests to enter the home or you will be subject to extra guest fees. This is a liability situation and must be adhered to. Due to having a pool and swings on the property and a trampoline, by booking this home, you accept to swim and play and jump at your own risk. No Diving allowed. The owner and property manager will not be liable for any accidents of any kind. If you have a specific need, please message us to find out if we can accommodate you! This is an incredible home! There is a smart lock on the front door and you will be able to access the property with a code unique to your stay. Only the guests quoted on the stay will be able to use this code to access the home.

Traylor Team Homes & Hospitality requires a copy to be provided of your photo ID and that you provide first and last names of everyone staying on the property, as well as, ages of each guest for security purposes. There are two exterior security cameras actively recording and monitoring the property at all times. One is located at the front door of the home and the other is located over the garage to help us monitor the parking situation. There are no other recording devices anywhere on the property. By booking this property, you agree you will not hold the owner or property management company liable for any accidents, bodily injury, or death that may occur during your stay.
In addition to federal/state/local laws, and any laws enforced by your booking app, please be mindful and respectful of the following house rules:
- NO Smoking in or on the property! This is a strictly no-smoking property. If you smoke we will charge you an additional cleaning fee of at least $500.
- No parties / large gatherings / loud noise
- No unapproved guests. Only the guests quoted on the stay are permitted onto the property. If you have any unapproved guests, we will charge a fee of $100/unapproved guest, and require the extra guests to vacate the premises immediately.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, NO pets/animals. If you bring a pet/animal onto the property we will charge a fee of $500 per pet/animal for additional cleaning. We will also require the pet/animal to be immediately removed.
- Unless otherwise agreed upon, you can not check-in earlier than the noted check-in time and day, or check-out later than the noted check-out time and day. If you attempt to check-in earlier or stay past your check-out time without our permission, there will be an additional fee of $100/hr. We may also call the police for trespassing.
- If you break/damage something, or discover something broken/damaged, please let us know
- Do not move furniture / appliances / etc.
- Do not unplug important electronics (i.e. appliances, internet, etc)
- Do not unplug, block, or tamper with exterior surveillance cameras
- Nothing but toilet paper in the toilets
If you break any of these rules we may charge additional fees and we reserve the right to terminate your stay without any refunds.
