Located in the Silver Shells Resort, St. Maarten 508 is a three bedroom, three bathroom plus den condo offering over 2000 square feet. Located on the fifth floor, this beach view condo features a large patio with outdoor dining. Entering the unit via semi private elevator, you are greeted to the elegant foyer leading to the living room, dining and kitchen. The living room features a flat panel TV, and plenty of seating. Off the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining with seating for 6 along with four bar stools in the kitchen.
The master suite features a king bed, flat panel TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. The master bathroom offers double sinks, large tub and separate shower. Guest bedroom 2 offers a king bed, flat panel TV, sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony. Bathroom offers shower. Guest bedroom 3 features a queen bed and the Laundry area features twin bunk beds. The washer/dryer is located in this area. The third hall bathroom offers a shower.
Silver Shells Resort is centrally located in Destin and is a gulf front resort offering over 600 feet of white sand beaches. Located in the center of the resort is the lagoon pool offering views of the Gulf of Mexico. A kid's pool and hot tub are also located in the pool area. Chaise loungers, sitting chairs and tables are also located on the pool deck. Beach attendants are available to offer beach chairs, umbrellas and water sport rentals including parasailing, wave runners, sailboats and kayaks.
On-site dining includes the famous Ruth's Chris steakhouse.

Summary: This unit was perfect for our family of adult children and their spouses! It was very spacious and the balcony was larger being an end unit. It was decorated very nicely as well. It was also very clean.
