Whether you are a nature enthusiast or just someone looking to relax in a serene nature setting, this lake house is the perfect get away for you. Situated on a lovely wooded property of 6.5 acres, it is walking distance (1/2 mile) to Lake Nockamixon, where there are miles of hiking and biking trails in addition to a pool at the park. Lake Nockamixon is also a great fishing spot. You can drive to the fishing pier (1.9 miles away) or rent a boat at the park for the day. It is also a short drive to the quaint towns of Lumbersville, New Hope, Lambertsville and Peddlars Village, where there are numerous great restaurants and shopping boutiques. The house has a 580 gallon hot tub and spacious deck, perfect for relaxing after a great day of recreation. The deck has both outdoor seating and a dining table as well as umbrellas. While there are many great restaurants nearby, the house also has a newly renovated large gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking equipment. One of the second floor bathrooms has also been recently renovated, featuring rustic floors and beautiful marble shower with glass door. In addition, the house features a very large rustic dining room that seats up to 10 people, perfect for spending time together while enjoying your meals. The house was recently selected and used (June/July 2018) for the filming of a movie. Sheet and bath towels are provided. Guests need to bring their own beach towels for the hot tub.
