Crown molding, chair rail, and double French entry doors in all rooms. The home sits on 1 acre of land with a wonderful rolling front yard. Location is very close to primary fishing spot and private dock, a short 3 minute golf cart ride away. Balcony porch on the front with ceiling fan for summer nights and lake views in Fall/Winter. Please note this house is not directly on the lake. Rear has a large enclosed brick patio & enormous brick paver driveway leading to a 2 car semi-detached garage. Take the golf cart less than a quarter mile to a neighborhood common area on the lake and private dock with large pontoon boat, available for rent. The dock has a sitting area with swim ladder. After being out on the lake, relax in the large lit up, luxury hot tub with multiple jets and up to 8 adults. A private side seating area looks out over the woods and a children's swing set.
