This is a beautiful 5 bed, 4 bath pool/spa home south facing on the lake! The home is in a very quiet neighborhood about 4 miles from Disney. Close to many restaurants, attractions, shops and steps away from the new Margaritaville 's new water park. The house has all 5 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and full ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed. Bedrooms 4 & 5 have 2 twin size beds in each. The bathrooms have been upgraded. Downstairs when you walk thru the front door there is a formal living room to your left. To your right is a family room. There is also a full kitchen that is fully equipped. It is a self catering home. The dining room is next to the kitchen and over looks the pool and the lake. Back by the pool is a covered area with plenty of seating. It is a great place to be after a long day at the parks. There is also a games room in the garage. The pool and spa can be heated for an extra fee.
