Comfortably sleeps 6-8 with king-size bed in master bedroom, queen-size bed in second bedroom, pull-out bed in couch. Included in your stay are 3 TV's with cable and Netflix capabilities, free WiFi, games, and coloring books for rainy days. Large screened in deck which includes: optional shade, gas grill, walkout from living room and master bedroom, and plenty of seating. Enjoy the pool, game room and tennis court (tennis rackets and balls provided) at Bridgepointe property. Located right on the water at MM 19, across from Dog Days. Also, within walking distance or short drive to trampoline park, outlet mall, water rental company, and plenty of dining options. Signed rental agreement required prior to check in. Optional 10x24 ft boat slip & dock box available @ $25/day.

Summary: We stayed at Brian and Heather's condo the week after the 4th of July, and it was great! The condo was very roomy, enough for us all to spread out and not be on top of each other (my husband, myself and our 2 kids under 5). The kitchen had all the utensils necessary to cook, and having a flat top grill was nice. The pool was a short minute walk away. Brain and Heather had plenty of linens in the condo, including towels for the pool. Heather was even nice enough to leave life jackets that we could use for our kids! The owners were very responsive to messages and any questions, both before we arrived and during our stay. The area was quite - you couldn't even hear the traffic on the lake if the sliding door was shut. Only drawback was the flight of stairs to the condo, but that is not a reflection on the quality of the rental. We would definitely stay with Brian and Heather again!
