This is a stunning lake home with a Guest/Carriage house, located in the Lakeside Village of Byron -- which is a unique community in the heart of Indiana's largest Amish settlement. The quaint white clapboard homes were architecturally designed to recreate a village in "days gone by." The homes located here are newer high-end homes on a private 360 acre lake with walking trails, woods and beautiful and stunning views of nature. This home is about 10 minutes from Turkey Run State Park and also very close to Shades State Park and offers Hiking, Canoeing, Golf, and Water Sports. This lake home is approximately 3500 square feet of living space (including bunk/carriage house) and should easily sleep 10 people, and has 4 bedrooms (See below for details) and 2.5 baths in the main house, and has a completely separate carriage house (with accompanying bunk house) that has its own bedroom with a Queen bed, a quaint sitting area, and full bathroom. The bunk house has 2 twin beds. This property has large porches on the front and back of the main house and a deck on the front and back of guest/carriage house. Main House: Master Bedroom - King Bed w/ full bath; Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed Bedroom 3 - 2 Twin Beds Bedroom 4 - Queen Bed (With air mattresses, the main house should easily be able to sleep 10) Separate Carriage House (see picture): Master Bedroom - Queen Bed Sitting area w/ full bath Bunk House - 2 twin beds and large area perfect for letting kids play! SPECIAL NOTE: If the bunk/carriage house is utilized, there is an additional charge of $100 per day. You will not be disappointed with this lake home! It is a perfect place for ALL SEASONS....winter is absolutely beautiful out here!
