The dining area is complete w/ large dining table that sits 12 comfortably, coffee bar w/ standard coffee maker, single serve Nespresso Virtuoso (special pods required) tea kettle and surround sound Bluetooth speakers. The living room and dining area are accented by large windows and glass doors that lead out to the deck, complete with outdoor dining area and sectional seating. Spacious kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and ample counter space, laundry room w/ washing machine and clothes dryer. Off the kitchen is a great sunroom w/ mini-split, skylights, ceiling fan and seating. The first bedroom is located on the main level w/ king bed and a full bath with shower. The second level includes an open loft area with bar style seating and a darts game, second bedroom w/ queen bed, third bedroom w/ king bed and full bath w/ combination tub/shower. Make your way down to the lower level where you will find the family room w/ cozy sectional sofa w/ double size pullout, large flat screen TV and convenient refrigerator, perfect for your snacks and drinks, an awesome game room complete with w/ arcade games (Pacman, Golden Tee Classic and Mortal Combat), air hockey, foosball and indoor shuffle board, the fourth bedroom with 4 double/full beds set up like bunk beds and a full bath w/ shower.
