They do not have any access to the inside house or the backyard whatsoever.

Additional rules
1. NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE
Please leave your shoes in the entryway area by the door.
2. GENERAL
We have tenants living in our basement apartment, so we ask you to be respectful and thoughtful of them.
Do not make any change in the thermostat without the previous approval of the hosts, this directly affect our tenants and we want our Airbnb guests and our tenants to have a great time. If for any reason, you feel that a change on the thermostat temperature need to be made, please, contact us prior to changing it.
3. PARKING
Guests should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
Please only use the driveway in front of the garage or the streets for parking.
Leave the east side of the driveway FREE and unblocked, the tenants from the basement apartment use that side of the driveway to park their cars.
4. PARTIES, GATHERINGS AND EVENTS
Parties, gatherings or events are prohibited in the unit or property.
5. PETS
Pets are prohibited anywhere on the property.
6. NOISE
NO loud noise/music/amplified speakers allowed at ANY time. From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. quite time is required.
7. ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND ALCOHOL
No illegal substances, alcohol abuse or drugs are allowed on the property, inside or outdoors the building and/or common areas. If any of the above is found, you will be forwarded to legal authorities.
8. SMOKING
There is NO SMOKING/VAPING/E-CIGARETTE OF ANY KIND in the house and outside of it (even with a medical card)!!!! If violated, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund and charged $250 for clean up fee.
9. PROPERTY DAMAGE
Please be mindful of the space you are using.
Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.
10. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED
We do NOT allow visitors and/or unregistered guest to stay overnight. Overnights are ONLY for those included in your reservation.
No sales are allowed on the property or in the unit.
11. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK IN THE BEDROOMS
More often than not, damage to the property are made by not following this rule.
Please avoid extra charges for cleaning, replacement of bedding/towels/rugs/etc., or repair to damage carpets, furniture, etc.
12. DO NOT REARRANGE THE FURNITURE
Please leave everything as found.
The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your security deposit.
13. DO YOUR DISHES
Be sure to wash all the dishes you have used during your stay. Do not leave any open food/leftover in the fridge/oven/stove.
14. TAKE THE TRASH OUT BEFORE YOU LEAVE
Gather out the trash around the house in trash bags, and throw them away in the garbage can outside the garage door.
Trash pick up is on Wednesday around 7am.
If you are here Tuesday night, please, put the trash can out to the curb, so the garbage truck can pick it up.
15. TURN OFF ALL LIGHTS/FANS
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioner in the family room, portable heater, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.
16. CHILD SAFETY
Our home is suitable for children but parents must NOT leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
Please do not allow any adult to lean over the kids high chair food tray while there's any child in it. It may pop out and the child might get hurt.
Using glasses outside or in the children’s play area is strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
We do not have any safety gates on the stairs, so please be extra careful around them.
17. FIRST AID KIT AND FIRE EXTINGUISHER
First aid kit and fire extinguisher are located under the kitchen sink.
18. OUTDOOR SPACE
Please make sure to put out the fire in the fire pit. Do NOT leave any active coal/firewood.
Same thing apply to the grill.
Close the propane gas tank from the outdoor stove. And turn off tight the sink faucet.
19. RESPECT CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Arrival time: after 4:00 p.m.
Departure: before 10:00 a.m.
If guests are late for check out without previous authorization from HOSTS, you will be charged a $40 per hour or $200 per day without any exception.
CHECKING OUT
As a reminder, check-out is at 10 AM on the day that your booking ends.
Before you leave, could you please:
· Collect all garbage, put them in trash bags, and take the trash out
· Wash all the dishes, utensils, pans, etc. you have used during your stay
· Put all the dirty towels in the bathtub
· Turn off all the lights, fans, AC in the family room, portable heater, and any electronics
· Close all windows and lock all the outside doors
