3200 sq ft Beautiful 4 bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home on Sunset Lake, one of the cleanest lakes in New Hampshire. A short 10 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy amazing mountain views and sunsets on this 253 acre lake. It's very peaceful, with minimal boat traffic. The property has a large private beach with a dock. Huge deck facing the lake, gives spectacular views. The deck has a fire table with seating for 6, along with two awesome hanging wicker egg chairs. The top floor consists of a full bath, large closet space, plasma TV, and a huge king size bedroom . The main level consist of a second large bedroom with king size bed, plasma TV, and full bath. The large family room has 14 windows for lake viewing, large sectional, plasma tv, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a fire pit less than 5 yards from the lake. I have plenty of wood to burn.
The lower level consists of a very large beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, a half bath, plasma TV, Queen sleeper with loveseat , large refrigerator, and all the appliances you would ever need including Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot, coffee bean grinder, , along with a theater style popcorn machine. There is a half bath downstairs, along with a queen bed. I also have several blow up lounge chairs and many board games for your enjoyment during those rainy days. There is also a full size professional poker table, with chips.
The sliders downstairs open up to a patio area with a large table and propane grill.
Other home features include Wi-Fi, Cable TV with Roku , free long distance phone service, washer dryer, single car garage. Bedding and linen provided along with use of a kayak and canoe. You are welcome to bring additional canoes or kayaks, but there is NO boat ramp to launch a boat. Parking must be contained to the garage and driveway only, which can comfortably fit 3 cars, which is the maximum allowed on the property.
I live in this home year-round, and will occasionally rent it a few weeks of the year. If you read my reviews, most of them will say that the home has everything. Truly, you need to bring your beverages, food, personal items, clothes, and maybe a few beach towels. That’s it. Since I live here, I have everything you would need. Food is a passion of mine and since I was a chef, my kitchen is loaded!
