Not only does "Eagle's Nest On 30A' sit next to Point Washington State Park but it set right on the edge of the park making for amazing view!

The Blue Mountain Public Beach Access is a convenient beach access close by with public restrooms and parking. The golf cart and bikes provide a short ride to the beach!
Pool Access: Just a short walk from the home lies the stunning Seasonally Heated community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. Seasonally heated March and April!

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our stay here! The house was equipped with everything that we needed. The golf cart was so nice to have to get to the beach and nearby restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, unfortunately it was too hot to use the fire pit but that would be great for chilly evenings :)
