My living space is situated on the top floor of the house, offering ample accommodations for a group of up to 10 people. This top floor features three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoining half bathroom. The other two bedrooms on this floor each have a comfortable queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and spacious walk-in closets.
The centrepiece of the top floor is a large, well-appointed kitchen with a substantial island. This kitchen is equipped with high-end, user-friendly appliances and is designed in an open concept. It seamlessly flows into the living space and dining area, creating a cohesive and inviting area for gatherings and relaxation. This open floor plan includes a 58-inch flat-screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating options, including large sofas making it a perfect spot for entertainment, relaxation, or catching up on your favourite TV shows, day or night.
In this generous living space, you'll find a conveniently located laundry room on the main floor. Additionally, there are two sizable king-sized bedrooms, each with a shared washroom. Inside these well-appointed rooms, you'll discover two substantial king-sized beds, plenty of wardrobe space, and designated work areas. Furthermore, one of the bedrooms includes an extra futon, providing supplementary sleeping space for your comfort.
