This 4 bed/3 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests. On the first floor, you’ll find a master suite with two ensuite guest rooms. Designed with family entertainment in mind, the second floor fully equipped kitchen opens up to a spacious dining and living area. You’ll love the bright and airy feeling with large windows and plenty of natural light. The living room flows open to a huge outdoor covered patio with incredible views of the Gulf. The third floor accommodates 6 people and has a kitchenette and another large gulf facing deck. After a long day full of beach activities, enjoy a dip in our private pool. From the first floor you’ll also have access to the game room with a foosball table.

Nestled to the east of Dune Allen Beach, Sunrise Beach is a laid-back, scenic South Walton spot to spend your time along 30A. Although we know you could easily spend your days building sandcastles and soaking up the Florida sunshine, there is plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment nearby! Be sure to check out the local hot spots: Gulf Place, Sunrise Coffee, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar & Grill, Yolo Paddleboard and Bike Rentals, Pecan Jack’s Homemade Ice Cream, Growler Garage and more!

If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise.
