Relocation, monthly and insurance claims welcome! Beautifully maintained home in the hills of Murrieta. close to fwy, shopping, restaurants and gas stations. Perfect spot for hiking in the Santa Rosa plateau, visiting local Temecula wineries, Old Towne Temecula, or visiting one of our local lakes. We are approx 56 miles from Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Legoland and Sea World. This cozy 4 bedroom boasts all the amenities including all kitchen necessities, towels, bedding, laundry room, 2 car garage, outdoor dining, BBQ, fire pit, and gated pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs loft boasts a game/movie room including, ping pong, foosball and a large flat screen Roku TV. Fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, dining table, pool table and relaxing front porch are all just a few of the special qualities within this home. Each bedroom includes a large Roku TV as well as new memory foam mattresses. There is a beautiful balcony off the master bedroom and a deep set tub, large shower and walk in closet.

Utilities are the guest responsibility and will be prorated and collected upon departure or charged at a rate of $30 per day
CASITA IS AVAILABLE FOR TWO ADDITIONAL GUESTS AT AN ADDITIONAL RATE OF $200 PER NIGHT for your downstairs bedroom needs or for 2 addtl guests.

There will be a charge of $60 per month for filter cleaning.(for monthly stays)
