Positive: It was centrally located, attractive and seemed safe. Also, having a part across the street was wonderful.
Negative: It wasn’t immaculately cleaned like what I’m used to, such as at a hotel. The couch was not vacuumed (lint and other items on it). I took my lint brush and went over part of it. Floor was not recently swept from previous guest. There was also cereal or something (big chunks) on the floor next to a chair, and the rug in living room wasn’t vacuumed. The shower and toilet were clean though. I planned to cook but the kitchen wasn’t well stocked with a nice sized pot and pans. There was one small pot and one pan. The drawer with kitchen utensils was not clean. And one more less serious thing: the mirror lights in bathroom were dim, so it was difficult to see while applying makeup and cleaning face.
Summary: Although the interior had so much to be desired, I really appreciated the location!
