Welcome to the Sea Salt Cottage @ Mainsail. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beautifully renovated, private home is just steps to the sugar-sand beaches of Destin! The gated community boasts private beach access, two pools (one being heated), a hot tub, splash zone, multiple grill areas, fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and an arcade. Walkable to grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and the Silver Sands Outlet, this convenient location is sure to be the best launch pad for activities for everyone in your group! On the main floor, you'll find two spacious bedrooms each with a queen bed and sharing a full bathroom. You'll also enjoy an updated kitchen that opens to the comfortable living room with plenty of seating for the entire group. The dining area that comfortably seats six, and the laundry area are also located on the main floor. Upstairs is the massive primary bedroom with a king bed and a daybed with trundle. The primary bedroom hosts an office and wine/coffee bar area, as well as, its own private balcony overseeing the lush gardens below. Summary: When we arrived the Sea Salt Cottage @ Mainsail was beautiful and clean with towels on all our beds!! We were close to the pools and beach!! We were able to drop our stuff off at the beach and walk to the beach. We had fun relaxing on the beach and playing volleyball!! The house had all the accommodations that we have at home!! We loved the TVs that looked like beautiful art on the wall with the frames around them!! Shannon was so sweet about answering all of our questions and telling us about the places to get groceries, shop, and go out to eat!! Thank you for making our time special at Sea Salt Cottage!! We will be returning to stay here again soon!!
