A privacy wall screens the breezy, covered outdoor living/dining gallery and pool patio, providing privacy. A great room with a cook’s kitchen, dining area and comfortable living area, full laundry, large pantry, and two king bedroom suites are located on the main level with no stairs for easy access. A third king bedroom suite is accessed via floating stairs and features a rooftop sunning and stargazing lounge. The atmosphere of Happy Place is so relaxing you won't ever want to leave.

Summary: We stayed at Happy Place with our family of five (children in their twenties). The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well appointed. All three bedrooms are similarly sized and each has their own bathroom. The Chocolate Hole location is centrally located and it’s only a 10 minute drive to Cruz Bay. You can walk down (on the road) to Chocolate Hole but it’s a steep climb on the way back. We drove down and there is a small parking lot near the water. The house has a great covered balcony and roof deck. We spent most of our “hang out” time by the pool and on the outdoor couches. If you’re interested in having someone stock groceries for you so that your fridge is full when you arrive, we used Land Lubber Logistics and they were terrific.
