Main living space features fully retractable glass sliding doors opening to the lanai, outdoor living space, heated pool, spa and water/golf course view; leather sofa and loveseat, recliner and large screen with cable
Sitting room/den with sofa and chair
Open kitchen with granite counters, full size appliances, eating bar with 3 bar stools, all kitchen essentials including small appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glasses, and cutlery; eat-in dining with pub-height table for 4
Master Bedroom at the back of the home has a King size bed, access to the lanai, view of the pool/water, TV with cable, and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and walk-in closet.
1st guest bedroom at the front of the house has a queen bed, TV with cable, closet and access to shared guest bathroom
2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed, please note, it does not have a closet
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination
Gorgeous, fully screened outdoor living space with heated pool and spa, covered lounge sitting area, self service grill-propane or charcaol replacement is self service, dining table with seating for 6, sunloungers, and view of the lake and golf course behind the home.

Parking for up 2 vehicles in the driveway (garage is reserved for owner's use)
Tranferrable golf memebership is included. Cart and green fees apply for each outing and guest must contact pro shop or clubhouse for golf fee schedule after arrival. Club and social membership transfer allows guests to access the Country Club dining, tennis, fitness center, activities and resort pool. Dining and beverage costs are not included in membership transfer.
Although you could enjoy your entire stay without even leaving the community, Colonial Country Club is ideally located close to downtown Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Destinations such as Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Boca Grande, Bonita Springs, and Naples offer some of the finest shopping, dining, beaches, professional sports and cultural experiences you could hope for during your time in southwest Florida, and are all close enough to fill your days with new and exciting adventures!
This property is approximately 20 miles from Fort Myers Beach; 13 miles from RSW International Airport.
No smoking allowed anywhere in the property, including home or lanai.
Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.
No pets allowed.
Please note: Since SW Florida is a sub-tropical climate, it almost never gets close to freezing, which leads it to being desirable for humans, geckos, and insects. Despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside the property. Refunds for finding geckos or insects are not given.
