Quiet boating and fishing community is located within 45 minute drive of Tampa/St. Pete metro area, and 100 miles from Disney World in Orlando. The home is available for weekend, weekly and longer term vacation rental. Includes secured premises with lock entrance, car port, Boat dock with retractable ladder (not floating dock, lift currently inoperable), front lawn for barbecues or just relaxing. The grounds offer strategic location, with boat access immediate to the Gulf, Car Port can handle camper, SUVs or multiple vehicles. Fishing right off the property is excellent, and relax and watch the dolphins, manatees, flamingos, and other wildlife right in front of the sea wall.

Summary: Everything was as advertised and we had a good time just relaxing. Loved the view at sunset and caught a few fish. The only minor issue was some tiny sugar ants that made themselves present in the kitchen, but it was not a major deal.
