4 Bedroom House in Santa Rosa Beach

Cobia Cottage is the ideal beach retreat decorated in tropical colors with four bedrooms, each with a private bath, well equipped kitchen, plenty of family seating in the living room with a 60 inch TV, private golf cart to get you to the beach and pool, a large third floor deck for relaxing, outdoor BBQ with patio seating, bicycles and beach chairs included, and parking for 3 cars. We are pet friendly!
Located south of Scenic Highway 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach, tucked into a quiet little neighborhood, Cobia Cottage is a short golf cart ride or walk to the sugar white sand beach. Blue Mountain Beach is home to emerald water, coastal dune lakes, excellent restaurants, large Publix grocery store with retail shopping nearby, bay & gulf fishing nearby, and gorgeous sunsets.
We have two close options on getting to the beach; Cobia Cottage has deeded beach access 1/3 mile from the house- a quick trip in our four-seat private golf cart, included for your ease and comfort. We are ¾ mile from a public beach access with parking for golf carts and cars. We have access to a large community pool (gated, our key card is required) located in the Village of Blue Mountain Beach. There is an enclosed air conditioned fitness center located by the pool.
Please note; your safety matters. We have a Ring doorbell installed by the front door facing out. It does not view any interior spaces. In addition, our cleaning crew is taking special precautions to assure proper sanitization to ensure the health and safety of our guests by following the StaySafe AHLA-USA guidelines.
The first floor contains the family room with plenty of seating, a 60 inch TV and high speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need- from making morning coffee to a gourmet seafood dinner (the fresh seafood market is a quick drive.) The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the breakfast bar. You also have a convenient powder bath, as well as full laundry facilities.
The second floor has the master suite with queen bed, 50 inch TV, and full private bath. The second floor also has the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds with two trundle beds (sleeps 6 kids), a 40 inch TV, and full private bath.
The third floor has two bedrooms, each with queen beds, 40 inch color TV, and each bedroom has a full private bath. The third floor also has a large deck for relaxing, reading, and watching the sunset.
In the backyard you will find the BBQ grill and a shady area with patio table and chairs for dining out. You will have access to beach toys, beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the storage shed.
Cobia Cottage is equipped with two adult bicycles for touring the scenic Highway 30A bicycle path.
Your trip to the beach or community pool is quick and easy with the use of our private golf cart.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had a good supply of goods. The kitchen was big enough to cook in and had all the necessary items to fix meals. The golf cart is a nice addition and made it easy to get to the beach access.
