This characteristic finca offers everything for a delicious and unique holiday. In the middle of the Mediterranean nature and close to all amenities, villages, cities and beaches. Are you looking for a holiday where you can enjoy peace and space, Mediterranean nature and beautiful views and yet near picturesque villages, larger cities, beaches and all kinds of possibilities for fun trips? Then look no further, you have found it. .. Finca "Las Palomas" is situated on the campo where the olive, avocado and orange trees grow lush, with great views of the mountain Montgo. Also, this finca is very centrally located. In a 8 to 10-minute drive you are in Javea. Also the places Denia and Moraira are easy to go to (about 12 minutes). In these places you will find very beautiful beaches, nice shops and delicious restaurants. In the region there are also nice, typical Spanish villages such as Pedreguer, Jalón, Guadalest (with "the Lake of Guadalest" and Castle), Pego and Jesus Pobre. These are nice villages to visit and the local markets are definitely recommended. The finca with its central location is ideal for families with much beauty to see and nice things to do. There is something for everyone: walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, boating, kayaking etc. Beautiful old towns like Valencia and Alicante are well worth a visit. The theme parks in Benidorm are also highly recommended: Aqualandia (water park), Terra Mitica (theme park) and Mundomar (sealife), are great fun for the children. A 5-minute drive you will find at Ondara the large, indoor shopping centre "La Marina" where you can go shopping. The surrounding islands such as Ibiza, you can visit with a ferry boat from Denia and Altea. In Finca Palomas, you will find an oasis from peace and quiet, close to all amenities, villages, cities and beaches.. There are several buildings including the finca (and a seperate guesthouse you can also rent to have room for 16 persons!), indoor sunbathing area and a barbecue/dining area. The finca has a flatscreen tv, dishwasher and washing machine. The swimming pool has spacious dimensions of 13x5 meters where you can cool down. There are also around the finca numerous cosy terraces, in or out of the Sun. On the plot there is parking space for several cars. All bedrooms are provided with ceiling-vans. The livingroom is provided with airco. There is also Wifi. The finca is very attractive and tastefully decorated. It has several original features throughout the finca. It consists of a large cosy living room and very spacious serre, a big kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. (Two bedrooms have double beds, three bedrooms have two single beds). The finca offers space for 10 persons.
