3 Bedroom House in Cimarron Hills, Colorado Springs

Our rental is beautiful, clean, and has all that you will need or want. It is a two story home and all the bedrooms are on the second floor. There are shared walls, but there are no shared spaces. You will have a private entrance, and private access to the back patio. You are provided free Wifi and Cable. Central air is installed for guests to be comfortable. We, your host's live in one of the attatched "apartment's", so we can accomodate any problems or concerns quickly.
The space
A beautiful and comfortable home away from home. It can accommodate eight guests very comfortably. We do however have two roll away beds available for an additional 25$ each bed, each stay. All the bedrooms are on the second floor. It is very spacious yet has a cozy feel. The property is just a drive away from most of the famous Colorado Springs attractions. It is also only minutes away from Highway 21 which runs through the city, giving emediate access to local restaraunts and other popular attractions. If you love to spend time outdoors you will enjoy the large patio with fire pit, barbeque grill and patio furniture. Then to top it all off the several hiking and biking trails in the city are beautiful. You are sure to enjoy your stay here. Hosts are on property and they will be happy to meet any needs you have to make your stay wonderful, and memborable.
There ARE shared walls, but you will enjoy the home (rental) exclusively to yourselves (1600 sq ft). There are no shared spaces. We all have our seperate entrances and exits.

No smoking allowed inside the residence, only on the back patio.
We do have two roll away beds available for alternative sleeping arrangements. These beds are an extra 30$ per bed, per visit, for the set up and laundering of the linens and blankets.
