This unique newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath, 3000 sq. ft. 3-story home just blocks to the shops and restaurants, will confirm for you that Newport Beach is a tremendous place for your seaside vacation.
Enter into a great room which includes a large sofa/love seat with a sofa bed from which to enjoy a 60' TV and a fireplace. The great room also includes the dining area for 6, and is next to the kitchen breakfast bar with 3 high-top stools so it is easy for everyone to eat together. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your crew. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie and have fun.
The king master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has an oversized walk-in closet, 50' TV, private patio, and en-suite bath with a large walk-in shower and separate soak tub. The 1st and second guest bedrooms are also located on this floor and each have a full-size bed, TV, private patio space, and ensuite bathrooms with standing showers. The 3rd guest bedroom is on the first floor which includes twin bunk beds, and adjacent access to the half bathroom. The 4th and final guest bedroom is a stand-alone bedroom that is accessed from the 3rd floor deck, and is equipped with a full-size bed, TV, and private lounge patio. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort.
This home also offers front patio dining for 6, with telescoping doors that open to the great room for easy access. Enjoy the side patio with seating for 4 around the fire pit, and the spacious rooftop deck that overlooks the island out to the bay.
Additional amenities include 2 garage parking spaces (no oversized vehicles), WiFi and cable, and a washer/dryer are all provided to make things more convenient. This location is so close to everything, it will make you feel like you have entered a little slice of paradise for your vacation interlude.
