The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the building and can be accessed from either the street level or from the garage with private parking.
The entrance opens into a spacious hallway leading to a stylish and bright open-plan living room/dining area that has large double doors onto an impressive terrace with views over the complex and across to the sea.
