Location is 8.8 miles from Tarleton State University and 1 mile from Tarleton Rodeo - The Doty Rodeo Complex. Enjoy the quiet and peaceful experience of being out in the county but still very close to all activities and restaurants in Stephenville.
This is a new home and is very clean and well stocked for your stay. The house is an open concept with the living, dining and kitchen open for a very spacious feel. Wi-Fi available!
The master bedroom suite is spacious with a King Size bed with a beautiful bathroom, with a separate shower and tub and a toilet that is enclosed. The 2 guest bedrooms have Queen size beds with a jack and jill bathroom between the two rooms. The tub/shower and toilet are separate from the vanity area making it convenient for all to use. All the bedrooms have smart TVs mounted on the wall for your use with all streaming platforms available.
A 1/2 bath is located off the entry hall by the garage and laundry room area. Right around the hall from the kitchen, making it perfect for quest to use without having to go through the bedrooms.
A full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room available with soap and softener available for use.
