This property boasts a stunning 2200 sq. ft. custom built timber framed home/cottage situated on the water at the foremost southern end of Lee River just adjacent to the beautiful Pinawa Chanel. 5 min. from the town of LDB and the airport, restaurants, service stations, grocery stores, and minutes to two golf courses one being a first class course (Granite Hills). With 4 bedrooms with one king and 3 newer queen posturepedic beds, 2 movable single mattresses, 1 queen air mattress and 2 full bathrooms will ensure everyone a restful stay. The property has a full kitchen with all amenities, dining area, cozy living room with a 28 ft high rock face fireplace and maple hard wood floors throughout, a large private entertainment room w/ 60 in. Sat tv and internet. 3 season furnished room overlooking the lake. Property is nested in a very private cove sheltered from wind and summer boat traffic and has spectacular views of the water from every room in the cottage. Steps away brings you to a beautiful clean waterfront with a large deck situated along a huge rock wall with a fire pit and loungers situated on the waters edge. Winter seasons here are beautiful and so peaceful! From ice skating steps away from the cottage, to enjoying snowshoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling, it’s all here. With the community of Pinawa being only 15 min away, they offer some of the best cross country trails in the Province. For avid snowmobilers, you are a doorstep away surrounded by incredible trails and numerous cabin style warm up shacks that make this experience unforgettable. with the reassurance of the “Lee River Snowmobile Club” that has the highest rating for its first class approaches to grooming & trail maintenance in Manitoba.
