The cottage is located in a quiet scenic area, approximately 4.5 miles from Donegal Town. This is a bustling tourist town where you can visit "Magee of Donegal" - famous home of Donegal Tweed, Donegal Castle and Abbey, Donegal Railway Heritage Centre. "Donegal Bay Water Bus" is a "must" for all visitors to Donegal Town. This is trip out on Donegal Bay where you can enjoy the history and stories of the locality, hear a few Donegal "yarns" and enjoy a bit of music. There are beautiful sandy beaches nearby in Murvagh, Rossnowlagh, Fintra, Ardara and Glencolmcille.
