THE BLUE ROOF COTTAGE: This modern updated cottage is perfect for a family vacation spot or a getaway with friends. Cottage is located in a very quiet, secluded spot in the Ottawa Beach Historic District on the lower walk, a short walk to private Lake Michigan beach. The cottage has a screened porch for relaxing and reading a and two large decks for sunning and entertaining. Two bedrooms up with queen beds and one has a twin sized day bed, also a ladder to a sleeping loft full size bed. The two main floor bedrooms offer two full size beds and one toddler bed, and a pack-n-play if needed. There is also a pullout couch on the main floor. Two bathrooms with shower stalls, also an outside shower for the daring crowd. The kitchen boasts all the amenities with eating area in kitchen and on the front porch. Wagons and carts are available to bring supplies to and from parking lot and to the beach. Cable TV, VCR, DVD, CD player, WiFi is also available and password will be given upon arrival. Rent is $3,000 per week. Cottage sleeps 8-10 people comfortably. Off-season rates available. Check-in is on Saturday at 3pm and check out is at 11am. 50% deposit of $1,500 required to reserve, remaining $1,500 due 30 days before check-in. 3 parking spots available in gated lot with additional parking down the street.
