A full-length covered veranda and deck creates a huge area for outdoor entertaining, with plenty of seating and even an outdoor kitchen, with space for a gas BBQ and pizza oven.
Inside are three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with large ensuite, open robes and access through glass sliders to the deck. In this part of the house there is the main bathroom and separate toilet. (All the home's bathrooms have their own gas hot water systems so there's always a fast and hot supply.)
Inside and out, this home is designed for entertaining - the modern kitchen features a professional-standard cooker with gas hob and double oven, as well as a large pantry and an island bench with storage and sink.
