Beautiful condo for rent in the Carabbean on the beautiful island of St. Maarten/St Martin, at the Dawn Beach Club, located in Oyster Pond. The condo can accommodate up to 8 peoples, 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size bed and the master bedroom with king bed, Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. A sofa bed in the living room also good for 2 peoples. 2 full bathrooms,including one in the master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, bedding, towels etc ... A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also available in the appartment. You have access to the pool/beach and beach chairs are available. A small fitness centre is available. There is no restarant on the site, but you can find restaurants 5 minutes drivre. The Dawn Beach Club is located at 15 minutes from Phillipsburg on the Deutch side and about 20 minutes from Marigot on the French side. You'll find on both side, supermarkets and stores of all kinds and affordable restaurants.

Magnifique condo à louer dans les Caraïbes sur la magnifique île de St. Maarten / St Martin, au Dawn Beach Club, situé à Oyster Pond. Le condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, 3 chambres, 2 avec grand lit et la chambre principale avec un très grand lit. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision à écran plat. Un canapé-lit dans le salon convient également pour 2 personnes. 2 salles de bain complètes, dont une dans la chambre principale. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, literie, serviettes etc ... Une salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser. Vous avez accès à la piscine/plage et des chaises de plage sont disponibles. Un petit centre de fitness est disponible. Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur le site, mais vous pouvez trouver des restaurants à 5 minutes en voiture. Le Dawn Beach Club est situé à 15 minutes de Phillipsburg du côté Néerlandais et à environ 20 minutes de Marigot du côté Français. Vous trouverez des deux côtés des supermarchés et des magasins de toutes sortes et des restaurants abordables.
