This home offers 5.1 movie theater in both living rooms which include HD, Blue Ray and Apple TV, all with one touch remotes for easy use, flat panel HD TV's from 40" to 70". The ground floor of this home is ADA friendly. Offering 2 king bedrooms, a queen sleeper room that can be closed off and 2 baths. The 2nd floor offers a beautiful king suite. You will also find he main living room: with a 70" smart TV, powder room and huge gourmet kitchen. Up the stairs to the third level, you will find the 5th bedroom. It is a family style bedroom with 2 twin over full bunkbeds and a King size bed. There is a full bath with two sinks and one toilet area. There is a 2 car garage for your use. This is one of the best rental homes in Port Aransas! Come, relax and enjoy your stay! Sorry, no pets allowed. No boats or trailers allowed in this subdivision per the HOA.
